A pre-frontal surface trough and cold front will push through
the region Thursday and Thursday evening. Otherwise, Bermuda
high pressure will strengthen off the Carolina coast this weekend,
then extend westward over the Mid-Atlantic states next week bringing
the season`s first extended heat wave.
