This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Thunderstorms are expected to develop in northeast Colorado this
afternoon and move into Kansas and Nebraska this evening. These
storms may produce 1.5 inch hail and wind gusts up to 65 MPH. There
is a 20% chance blowing dust will reduce visibility to less than one
mile creating hazardous travel conditions.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

Another round of strong to severe storms are forecast Friday
afternoon and into the evening. Large hail and damaging winds will
be the main threat, with the wind threat lasting into the late
evening. There is also a 20% chance blowing dust will reduce
visibility to less than one mile creating hazardous travel
conditions.

Late afternoon and evening storms are possible each day through the
weekend. Large hail and damaging winds look to continue to the
primary threats each day.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

An isolated thunderstorm or two may drift into a part of the
region, north and west of a line from Greeley, to Kearney to
Phillipsburg Kansas. Severe weather is not expected though a
stronger storm may product gusty winds to 40 mph and small hail.
Overall coverage of any thunderstorm activity tonight will be very
limited in nature, and likely occur between 10 PM and 4 AM.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

There remains several chances for mostly evening and overnight
thunderstorms through next Wednesday. Saturday night and Tuesday
night appear to have the best chance for more widespread
thunderstorm activity. At this time is too early to pinpoint
the severe potential for any particular period, but there will
be some risk of strong to possibly severe storms for some areas.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Scattered showers and thunderstorms cab be expected this
afternoon and into the evening. Storms will develop over the
mountains be midday, which will move east into the I-25 corridor
through the early afternoon, and across the eastern plains into
the evening hours. The main risks with storms today will be gusty
outflow winds of 50 to 60 mph, especially along and east of I-25,
along with frequent lightning and small hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible on Friday,
especially across the far southeast plains. A few stronger storms
will also be possible over the Pikes Peak region and the eastern
mountains. The main risks with storms on Friday will be strong
wind gusts to 60 mph, small hail, frequent lightning, and
localized heavy rainfall.

A drier and warmer airmass is expected to move across the Rockies
through the weekend, which is expected to limit thunderstorm
activity into early next week. The main threats from more isolated
afternoon storms is expected to be lightning and gusty outflow
winds up to 40 mph, with a low chance of stronger storms across
the far southeast plains.

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon will bring
gusty winds, with speeds reaching up to 50 mph. A few storms could
become severe with 60 mph winds. Over the northeast corner of
Colorado, one inch hail may occur with the severe thunderstorms as
well.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms are expected again
Friday. Some strong to severe storms will be possible over the
northeast plains Friday afternoon. For the weekend, the chance for
storms is limited to the northeastern plain. Where a severe storm
or two will be possible.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

There is a Slight Risk for severe thunderstorms across the northwest
Sandhills, with a Marginal Risk further east across all of western
and north central Nebraska. Large hail and damaging winds will be
possible with the strongest storms from late this afternoon through
this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

A Slight Risk for severe thunderstorms is expected on Friday across
western and southwestern Nebraska and the Sandhills, with wind and
hail being the primary concerns.

A Marginal Risk for severe thunderstorms on Saturday across all of
western and north central Nebraska, with wind and hail being the
primary concerns.

There is a near daily chance for showers and thunderstorms this
weekend into early next week. However, the severe threat for Sunday
and beyond is uncertain at this time.

Areas of fog will reduce visibility to less than one mile in some
locations across south central Kansas and eastern portions of
southwest Kansas through sunrise before dissipating by mid to late
morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible Friday evening into
early Saturday morning. The strongest storms will be capable of
producing 1 to 2 inch hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph.
